Licensed. The Pasadena/Alhambra location of Obria Medical Clinics of Los Angeles is a fully-licensed medical community care clinic and women’s health care center / clinic.
Privacy. We value your privacy – your information is Confidential. We are HIPAA compliant (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) – following federal rules for health care providers and health insurance companies about protection of health information.
Services. We provide early medical help and supportive guidance. We serve women, men, couples, and students. We provide supportive guidance to women and men facing unplanned or unexpected pregnancies.
Holistic Wellness Healthcare. Obria offers wellness and holistic services designed to support the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Through focused therapies and personalized care, we help individuals restore balanced harmony, increase energy, generate vitality, and feel their best, while supporting our greater mission of serving women, men, and families in need.
Our services include pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, pregnancy options education/counseling (including MEDICAL ABORTION and SURGICAL ABORTION process information, parenting, adoption), STD / STI testing / screening, and more. See our Services list below.
We do not provide abortions or abortion referrals. But, no matter what choice you make, we respect you and will be there for you. We are devoted to listening and supporting our patients, without judgment, in a holistic and supportive atmosphere.
Pregnancy Assessment – might be FREE
Depending on patient insurance / income, including:
- FREE medical grade urine pregnancy verification testing verified by a nurse
- FREE pregnancy confirmation Ultrasound exam
- FREE pregnancy options education / counseling (including abortion info if you are considering abortion)
All Other services – are Low Cost to No Cost (Free) based upon patient insurance / income.
However, no patient is ever turned away due to inability to pay!

Obria Medical Clinics provides no-cost (Free) / low-cost pregnancy and health services including pregnancy testing, pregnancy ultrasounds, and accurate information and resources about all your pregnancy options. We walk alongside our patients and give them respect and dignity in their health care choices.
